First Hyatt Hotel Opens in Ethiopia

Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa opened as the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Ethiopia last week. It's the brand's seventh property in Africa. With nearly 200 guestrooms, the property on Meskel Square boasts a prime location near shopping, dining and tourist attractions. The hotel is also well-suited to business travelers with close proximity to the United Nations Conference Center and African Union Headquarters.
The 188 guestrooms include 12 Regency suites, two executive suites, one presidential suite and one Royal Presidential suite with four bedrooms.
