Two new director roles for Saga Holidays in UK

Saga Holidays has promoted two of its senior team to two new director roles created following a structural review of its product and purchasing teams.
Elanor Sahadow will be Saga Holidays' director of commercial, responsible for the commercial and aviation functions along with commercial strategy for growth and retention for Saga Holidays. Having previously held roles at Saga including head of product and revenue management since 2011, she has extensive experience in product and revenue management.
Rob Goodwin, previously head of destination services and river cruising, takes another key role as director of product and purchasing. He will be responsible for product development to further deliver a compelling product proposition for Saga and lead a best in class product and purchasing function. The role is also responsible for customer service differentiation in resort.
