900 jets added to stored inventory

As carrier seeks to weather the coronavirus pandemic around one third of the global commercial airline fleet is currently in storage.
According to data from analytics expert, Cirium, during the past day nearly 900 jets have been added to the stored inventory.
As schedule continues to cut in total around 7,500 planes are now idle.
More than 600 Airbus and narrow-bodied planes have been re-classified in storage together with approximately 180 widebodies.
