McDonald's is scrambling to hire workers, as restaurants face a labor shortage.

One McDonald's in Florida is offering $50 for anyone who comes in for a job interview.
The owner of the location, Blake Casper, told Insider that restaurants are "scrambling for help."
Casper said it has not been this difficult to hire workers in decades.
