Shenita Russie caught COVID-19 while working in Boston as a mobile respiratory therapist, Newsweek reported.
She became so unwell that she was put in a medically-induced coma.
Russie has racked up an eye-watering amount in medical bills. "Close to a million dollars," she told THV11.

A report from the CCDH found that 12 people are responsible for the majority of online COVID disinformation.

Number one is Joseph Mercola, a natural health doctor who publishes anti-vaxx claims to a following of 3.6 million on social media.
One of Mercola's articles, "Could Hydrogen Peroxide Treat Coronavirus?", was shared nearly 5,000 times on Facebook.

Chinese mainland reports 32 new COVID-19 cases

The Chinese mainland on Saturday reported five new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, including two in Jiangsu and one each in Liaoning, Guangdong and Yunnan, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Sunday. Also reported were 27 new imported cases, of which six were reported in Yunnan, five in Guangdong, four each in Shanghai and Fujian, two each in Inner Mongolia and Hunan, and one each in Tianjin, Henan, Sichuan and Gansu. No new suspected cases or deaths related to COVID-19 were reported Saturday.
