Trump is 'likely' to announce $200 billion of new China tariffs as early as Monday

Washington is expected to announce new tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese imports this week.
The tariff level is expected to be 10% - not the 25% previously levied on Chinese imports.
The new tariffs come despite apparent progress in trade talks between the two nations.
