Cristiano Ronaldo rejects $6 million annual deal for promoting Saudi tourism

Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo has turned down a $6 million annual deal for promoting tourism in Saudi Arabia.
The internationally acclaimed football star rejected this offer that would have used his image on promotional material for Saudi tourism. The deal also required Cristiano Ronaldo to visit the Gulf country once a week.
Saudi Arabia has also approached Barcelona's legend Lionel Messi for the same deal. However, the Barcelona star's decision about the same is not yet known. The Saudi offer is in line with the country's vision for fortifying tourism as part of its 2030...

Raytheon CEO Greg Hayes made the prediction on a Tuesday call with investors, Defense One reported .
Critics said the deal would fuel the Saudis' devastating war in Yemen.
