Biden administration expected to ban most travel from India to US to limit COVID-19 spread

Biden is expected to announce new travel restrictions from India to the US starting May 4.
The administration will bar most non-US citizens from entering the country, Reuters reports.
India has reported more than 300,000 new COVID-19 cases daily for nine days in a row.
