The government has blocked any shipments of Johnson & Johnson's vaccine, health officials told the WSJ.
States already have stockpiles of the single-dose J&J shot, and vaccination rates are falling.
Millions of J&J vaccines are due to expire this month.

2 people tested positive for COVID-19 on a cruise ship which operators boasted was 95% vaccinated

Two passengers on the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship tested positive for coronavirus.
The operator said before launch that at least 95% of passengers would be vaccinated.
The passengers are asymptomatic and isolated from others, the operator said.
