Since 2017, the US and Russian navies have been the only two navies that operate guided-missile cruisers.
Both vessels have roughly the same capabilities, providing area air-defense while also being able to attack surface ships and submarines. So which would triumph in a head-to-head clash?

US Chapter 11 bankruptcies surged to a decade-high in the 3rd quarter as stimulus dried up

A gauge of Chapter 11 bankruptcies surged 12 points to 81 in the third quarter and hit its highest level since 2010, according to a report from law firm Posinelli.
The reading sits 26 points higher compared to the year-ago period but remains 19 points below the benchmark set in the fourth quarter of 2010.
US businesses faced a dire confluence of soaring virus cases and expiring fiscal support in the third quarter. The Southeast region, which hosted the bulk of new outbreaks, saw nearly 40% of quarterly bankruptcy filings.

Morgan Stanley says Tesla will surge 22% from current levels, its first bullish call on the stock since 2017

Tesla traded higher on Wednesday after Morgan Stanley upgraded the electric vehicle manufacturer to "Overweight" from "Equal-weight" for the first time since 2017. Morgan Stanley sees a budding opportunity in Tesla's high-margin software and services business, which it expects to represent up to 20% of total profits by 2030, according to the note.
